Founded in 1978, Lutheran Home Care & Hospice, Inc. is a not-for-profit, faith-based home care agency dedicated to a mission to serve and care. A ministry of Lutheran Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania, Lutheran Home Care & Hospice provides home health care, home health telemonitoring, hospice and in-home support services throughout south central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. We are a name you can trust to help at a difficult time.
